Simone Kopitzki, Owner

Simone began her career as an accountant with the Schatz College of Economics in Düsseldorf, Germany in 1996. Simone earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Bookkeeping with honors. She sharpened her skills as an accounting specialist over many years working in the automotive industry.

In 2003 Simone moved from Germany to the beautiful San Francisco Bay area where she continued working in the accounting fields in small CPA offices, specializing in handling the needs of wealthy individuals and small businesses in the dental industry. The experience from working with a CPA makes her capable of converting messy financial records into accurate, usable financial statements.

BusiBee Bookkeeping was established in 2011 and since then has been growing strong. Our client portfolio includes Medical Providers, Artists, Retail stores, Restaurants, Hair Salons, Fitness Studios, Auto Repair Shops, Law Offices, Manufactures, Professional Consultants, Property Management Company, Non Profit Organizations and more. 

In her spare time Simone enjoys skiing at Lake Tahoe in Winter and Concours de Elegance competition in Summer. She is the Zone 7 Concours Chair for the Porsche Club North America. Simone is also a member of the NRDC, the National Resources Defense Counsel, the nation's most effective environmental action group to protect Mother Nature.

Simone believes that her knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of her clients.

I am fully committed to build customer loyalty by providing first class service, with a personal touch to individuals as well as small and medium sized businesses. While we have extensive experience with dental and medical practices, we work for many industries and professions.

Janice is a native of Sonoma County, embarked on a professional journey that spanned various roles in corporate settings before she transitioned into entrepreneurship. With a wealth of experience in different professional environments, Janice pivoted into establishing her venture to provide small business bookkeeping services. Janice joined the Team of Busibee Bookkeeping in December 2023.

Janice enjoys supporting Agriculture as a member and volunteer of Sonoma County Farm Bureau, Board Member of the Youth in Ag Leadership, and current President of the North Bay Wool Association.
